About the role
The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for group sales for a geographical region through active and effective promotion, solicitation, and prospecting. The successful applicant will be a focused and skilled negotiator with a proven record of accomplishment in uncovering new business while nurturing relationships with top accounts to meet individual and team goals. This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretionary decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Master your craft and develop accounts (new and existing).
- Promote property awareness to the corporate, international and association markets.
- Maintain communication/relationship with Worldwide Sales Office network for specific assigned region, and with other Four Seasons hotels to achieve pre‑determined revenue goal.
