Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Trade qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Building) is highly advantageous.
- Project Management qualification is advantageous.
- Valid South African driver's licence (essential).
- Minimum of 710 years' experience in property, facilities, or maintenance management.
- At least 35 years' experience managing multiple hospitality properties, hotels, lodges, or resorts.
- Proven experience overseeing preventative maintenance programmes and capital projects.
- Strong background in building maintenance, infrastructure, and facilities management.
