Roles & Responsibilities:
In charge of the PAN India operational and site management aspects of environmental, health, safety, and sustainability/ESG strategies of BGSW. Also, accountable for executing Bosch Group HSE and Sustainability Vision and EHS policy in operations, promptly reporting any deviations to management. Ensure comprehensive evaluation of all risks related to safety, health, environment, chemicals, emergencies, etc., and implement necessary controls for mitigation. Maintain zero tolerance for breaches in legal compliance and incidents. maintaining compliance with ISO standards 14001 and 45000 is essential as a part of Integrated Management System. Managing critical stakeholders across functions including Engineering, R&D Labs, Purchase, Logistics, HR, Medical, and external agencies, vendors, and clients.
