Group Leader (Restock) – Permanent, Full-Time on Days
Full Time Thorold, ON, CA
Salary Range: $44,800.00 To $59,200.00 Annually
We are looking for a Group Leader to oversee the Restock department at our Thorold Distribution Center. The successful candidate will lead and support the Restock team, drive performance, and foster a positive, values‑driven, and safe work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Work day shifts (5 per week), including a regular Saturday shift, with flexibility to support operational needs.
- Track team production metrics and collaborate with the Operations Manager to review and improve them.
- Submit weekly reports on production, workflow, attendance, and overall productivity.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing Team Leaders and Associates through training and onboarding programs.
- Delegate tasks and assign team members as needed.
