Job Description
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Group Lead Technical Support (m/f/d) to lead and manage a technical support specialist team, working closely with Engineering, Technical Project Management, and Technology Management in the Global Service team in Spain, performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS
- Lead and manage Technical Support Specialist team in the region (functional and disciplinary)
- Creating processes and ensuring guidelines are optimized for team's operation and its further development is in line with the established goals and objectives
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to the team members
- Provide technical expertise/support in assisting on-site or remote field technicians with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the wind turbine’s electrical system.
