Group Internal Control Assistant Manager / Manager
The Group Internal Control Assistant Manager / Manager supports the Group Internal Control function by strengthening internal controls, governance, and risk management across the Group operations.
This role acts as the on-the-ground execution arm for internal control activities, ensuring Group policies, procedures, and control standards are effectively implemented and adhered to, while providing timely and practical feedback to Group. The role requires willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform internal control reviews across key functions, not limited to procurement, inventory, sales, finance, Operations, HR and HSE
Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and non-compliance with Group policies and procedures
Maintain and update the risk register, including mitigation actions and follow-up status
