We are seeking a proactive and experienced Group HR Manager to lead and oversee the Group Human Resources function. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role is responsible for developing and implementing Group HR strategies, policies and initiatives while providing HR support and guidance to all subsidiaries. The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations, foreign worker management, CSR initiatives, employer branding and HR compliance to support the Group's business objectives.
