What You’ll Do
Group Fitness Instructors provide instruction in fitness programming, demonstrating proper techniques and methods for participants, and ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching fitness environment.
- Lead structured classes: Plan and deliver workouts for approved formats, ensuring they start and finish on schedule.
- Coach safely: Provide clear demonstrations, technical safety cues, and modifications for all fitness levels.
- Build community: Create a welcoming, inclusive, high‑energy environment inside and outside the studio.
- Provide excellent customer service: Serve as an approachable, helpful resource for center patrons, actively welcoming feedback and handling inquiries positively.
- Track attendance & time: Clock in/out accurately for shifts and log weekly class attendance data.
