Head of Group Business Controlling | International Tech Group |
120k EUR annual salary | 10k per month + Bonus
One of Lithuania’s fastest-growing international tech groups is hiring a senior finance leader to build and scale its global financial operations function.
This is a strategic, hands-on role working closely with the CFO across:
- Group Controlling
- Management Reporting
- Treasury & Cash Flow
- Cost Control
- Procurement
- Intercompany Structures
You’ll own the management reporting engine across multiple brands/entities, helping bring greater visibility, control, and operational excellence across the business.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong Group Controlling / Management Accounting experience
- Treasury or cash management exposure
- Multi-entity international experience
- Background in scale-up, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or PE-backed environments ...
