Job Description

An excellent opportunity as Group Executive Pastry Chef has become available with this multi-property luxury hospitality group to be based in Cairo.

Successful candidates will be highly creative & technically accomplished in order to lead & elevate the pastry vision across a diverse portfolio of premium dining concepts.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written & verbal
  • Significant experience in the Middle East is essential
  • Proven track record as Executive Pastry Chef or Head Pastry Chef within luxury restaurant or internationally branded hotels, with multi-site experience
  • Broad pastry cuisine knowledge, specialist in Mediterranean & European
  • Commercially aware & operationally robust, with the ability to manage multi-site operations
  • Inspiring leader with a strong presence & the ability to build, develop, & scale high-performing teams
