As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will apply strong analytical, technical, and critical thinking skills to explore data, identify trends, and deliver insights that enhance decision‐making and improve business performance. You will support operational and financial understanding through data, refine existing analyses, and explore new methodologies to support organizational leaders.

What you will do

Analyze, Report, and Present Disability Morbidity Results

• Deliver regular trending and variance analyses to support understanding of key disability morbidity KPIs.
• Collaborate with Group Division partners to leverage multiple data sources and assess operational impacts on financial results.
• Fulfill complex analytical requests from senior leadership, providing clear and actionable insights on business performance.
