👷 Skilled Finishing Groundworker (Flagging & Kerbing) - Durham
Location: Durham (DH area)
Rate: £20.00 - £22.00 per hour (CIS) (Dependent on experience) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing contract Hours: Standard site hours (approx. 40-45 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Groundworker who prides yourself on a high-quality finish? We are looking for a skilled Finishing Groundworker for a commercial/infrastructure project based in Durham.
This role is specifically for a finishing specialist who can lay kerbs and flags to a high standard. We are offering competitive CIS rates for an operative who can work cleanly, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Spec Kerbing: Installing concrete, natural stone, and radius kerbs, ensuring they are laid to exact lines and levels.
Precision Flagging: Laying block paving, tactile paving, and flags for pathways, pedestrian areas, and public realms.
