Full-time Grounds Maintenance Workers

Job Description:

•   Responsible for the overall upkeep of the apartment community general grounds and landscape and the exterior image in accordance with the policies and procedures.


• Works as a team participant along with other maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsibilities are to include the following but are not limited to the job functions as outlined below.  Additional tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary to the productivity of the site and management company.   Maintains the apartment community’s overall exterior appearance by removing litter and debris, maintaining landscape, and sweeping and shoveling public areas such as driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, curbs, and dumpster areas.
