Job Description
**Groundskeeper / – $18/hr**
Our client in **Clearwater** is seeking hardworking, We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Level 1 Maintenance Technician-Groundskeeper** to support the upkeep and improvement of a residential community. This is a hands-on role that includes general maintenance, light plumbing and electrical work, groundskeeping, and unit turnover tasks.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Replacing faucets and toilets, diagnosing and repairing leaks, and operating sewer augers.
+ Replacing outlets and light fixtures, understanding GFCIs, breakers, and basic wiring.
+ Maintaining grounds by mowing lawns, removing weeds, planting flowers, picking up trash, and keeping the property looking its best.
**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm**
