Job Overview:
As the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, you will support smooth property operations by overseeing the overall appearance, health and functionality of the community’s landscaping, lakes and irrigation systems. This exempt leadership role is responsible for directing day-to-day grounds operations, managing staff, coordinating vendor services and ensuring water usage and landscaping standards align with operational and budget expectations.

Compensation: $80k+ annually, depending on experience

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities.
