Position Overview
Food World Supermarket is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead operations for our 176,000 sq. ft. high-volume grocery store. This role is responsible for overseeing all grocery retail functions including fresh departments, center store, front-end operations, inventory control, staffing, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong grocery retail experience who can drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
