We are a B2B AEC outsourcing firm serving engineers, architects, and construction professionals. We need a graphic designer who does not just make things look good, but understands who a design is for and why each choice was made. You will produce marketing assets (infographics, social posts, service collateral, ad creatives) that speak to a busy, expert, professional audience. Roles & Responsibilities: Design marketing assets across digital channels: infographics, LinkedIn and social posts, service-page visuals, ad creatives, and downloadable resources. Read a brief, ask the right questions, and design against the actual objective, not just the surface request. Make deliberate design decisions (layout, hierarchy, typography, colour) and be able to explain the reasoning behind each one.
