Job Description
At UrbanWrk, design isn’t just about how things look, it’s about how they work. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who brings sharp aesthetics, storytelling instincts, and the ability to move ideas seamlessly from static to motion.
Where You Come In
- Own the visual identity of UrbanWrk across digital and offline touchpoints
- Design campaigns, decks, ads, and everything in between
- Edit and animate short-form videos among other formats that feel native to platforms like IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to generate stills, concepts, and motion that amplify creativity (not replace it)
- Supervise shoots and partner with production on moodboards, storyboards, concepts, and direction.
- Collaborate with the larger team to turn briefs into visuals that are sharp, premium, and on-brand
