About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven designer who can create compelling ad creatives that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, a solid understanding of performance marketing, and hands-on exposure to digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Candidates with prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-converting static creatives, banners, social media ads, landing page assets, and campaign creatives.
Create performance-focused visual content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Display, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop creatives aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs.
Continuously test and iterate creative concepts based on campaign performance data.
