Job Description
•Design and develop creative graphics for digital and print platforms
• Create social media designs, campaign creatives, and ad campaign graphics
• Develop branding elements and visual identity materials aligned with Phala’s brand
• Ensure all designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all design materials
• Work on typography, layouts, and visual compositions for Marathi-language audiences
• Independently make creative decisions related to graphics, design direction, and visual
presentation
• Communicate design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively
• Manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
• Deliver high-quality design work within given timelines
Requirements
•Proven interest or experience in graphic design and visual communication
