1. The Mission
At Win It Social, we help brands in the various sectors make an impactful digital footprint. We handle everything from script-to-screen. We are looking for a designer who doesn't just make things pretty but takes absolute ownership of the design life cycle, allowing our Creative Head to focus on strategy rather than QC.
2. Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the design process from initial brief in Notion to final export. You are responsible for meeting deadlines without firefighting.
- Zero-Defect Output: Conduct your own Quality Control (QC). The goal is for your manager to provide high-level creative direction, not to fix alignment or spelling errors.
