Job Description

Responsibilities

1)  Strengthen grant, co-investment and programme resource follow-up

• Support and coordinate the administration and follow-up of grant and co-investment agreements with current and future core implementing partners, ensuring that partners understand and correctly apply the terms, conditions, reporting requirements, documentation obligations and agreed workplans.
• Provide practical, hands-on guidance to partners on grant requirements, disbursement conditions, documentation expectations, reporting timelines and follow-up actions, helping them address gaps early and improve the quality and timeliness of their submissions.
• Compile partner requests for disbursement against budget utilization and provide practical feedback where submissions are incomplete or fall short of requirements, under the technical guidance of the Project Finance Officer and relevant SNV ...
