Your mission

• Keep product flowing: load, unload, transfer, and store grain


• Operate grain handling systems and dryers to manage moisture and quality


• Track what’s on hand: measure bin levels; record and report grain quality


• Protect the site: clean bins, storage areas, and facility grounds


• Reduce downtime: perform basic maintenance and preventative repairs


• Champion safety: follow OSHA standards and site procedures
