Project Details

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial delivery of construction and infrastructure consultancy commissions in Newark-on-Trent and across the East Midlands.


Specific project sectors are not currently known. However, the successful candidate is expected to gain experience across the commercial life cycle of projects administered using NEC contracts.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside experienced commercial professionals while developing practical quantity surveying, cost management and contract administration skills.


Key duties will include:

  • Assisting with the administration of NEC construction contracts under supervision

  • Developing an understanding of key contractual clauses, notices and commercial procedures

  • Supporting the identification, recording and management of project risks and opportunities
