Job Description
Embark on your nursing career with Alberta’s Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program. Recent Registered Nurse graduates are invited to gain vital skills in a supportive environment that encourages growth and independence.
The GNTPP is a 12-month program designed for recently graduated Registered Nurses. Participants will experience two phases: Enhanced Orientation with guidance from a Clinical Guide and Independent Practice with continued support from a mentor. This structured approach helps to bolster confidence while providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.
