PROGRAM OUTLINE
- Participants have the opportunity to be part of one of the largest utility companies globally and a leader in the water industry.
- The program offers a structured, immersive development journey, combining hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and targeted learning interventions. Through job rotations, mentorship, and project assignments, participants gain a holistic understanding of the water operations business while building essential leadership capabilities such as strategic thinking, resilience, and stakeholder management.
- Position is based in the Philippines.
- Fixed-term contract for 2 years. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a permanent employment contract with Suez International Philippine Branch.
