Need to have
- M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Process Engineering, Materials, Petroleum Technology, or equivalent, with strong fundamental understanding in chemistry.
- Solid academic record.
- Genuine curiosity for real‑world chemical and operational challenges, beyond theoretical knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data and calculations into practical decisions.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and a valid EEA work permit.
Nice to have
