Qualifications
- Final year student or recent graduate with an M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering
- Strong fundamental understanding of process engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, mass/energy balance, chemical reactions)
- Proficiency in Norwegian and fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills, able to connect calculations and data to practical decisions
- Curiosity for complex, real‑world operational challenges and process optimization
Nice to have
- Academic achievement with a 'B' average or higher (or equivalent), or 'C' average with strong relevant experience
- Relevant experience (internships, academic projects, thesis) in process engineering, oil & gas operations, or PVT
