Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced full-time Grader Operator to join their civil construction team on Perth metro, site-based projects. This is a full-time opportunity working across local roads, residential subdivisions, car parks and urban civil infrastructure works. This role is strictly metro civil construction. Not FIFO or mining haul roads.
This position will suit a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work, understands tight tolerances, and works well as part of a collaborative site team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating road graders to produce accurate final trim surfaces to project specifications
- Working closely with supervisors, operators and site crews to deliver quality civil outcomes
- Interpreting grade sheets, levels and engineering drawings
- Completing pre-start checks and carrying out routine plant maintenance, reporting any faults
