Job Description
Key responsibilities: Work closely with Test Development leader together to drive test strategy, test plan, and characterization plan definition for NPI product development. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams throughout the product development process. Prepare technical documentation, including charac plans, test plans, hardware request document, test status report, and charac report. Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and compliance with standards. Manage sample testing, anticipate potential issues, and adjust processes to fulfill sample demand Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production. Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams. Evaluate and improve existing products to enhance cost efficiency, output, and quality by increasing yield, reducing test time, analyzing customer returns and test coverage improvement.
