1. Government Relations & External Affairs

• Lead the Company's government relations and external affairs strategy in North Maluku.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the North Maluku Provincial Government and relevant government institutions, particularly stakeholders based in Ternate and other key administrative centers.
• Serve as a senior point of contact between the Company and provincial, regional, and relevant central government authorities.
• Represent the Company professionally in government engagements, official meetings, and stakeholder forums.
• Build and maintain a structured government and stakeholder engagement network to support the Company's long-term development objectives.

2. Regulatory, Environmental & Forestry Affairs
