Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced temp Governance Coordinator to join their team in South Perth. This is a great opportunity for a governance professional with local government experience to take ownership of governance processes, support Elected Members, and help ensure legislative compliance across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating Council and Committee meeting processes, including agendas and minutes
- Supporting governance projects and local government reform initiatives
- Managing policy, delegation, and governance reviews
- Providing governance and administrative support to Elected Members
- Supporting risk management and compliance activities
- Leading and supporting Governance staff
- Preparing governance reports and maintaining governance records
