As a Governance Analyst Student, you'll report to the Governance Manager, assisting in executing governance activities with service providers at gaming casinos. With a focus on analyzing contracts, updating documentation, and supporting audits, your role has a clear impact on operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key, as you'll ensure accurate governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate governance oversight model and meetings
• Conduct contract analysis for service providers
• Update governance and control documentation
• Assist in audit preparation and reporting
• Follow up on action items with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Interest in law, business administration, or related field
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams
