Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years of experience in HR, operations, process improvement, or relevant field. * 5 years of experience improving and identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes. * 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * MBA or Master's degree. * Experience in Human Resource (HR). * Experience in resolving and troubleshooting complex or sensitive day-to-day user or customer needs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Experience delivering operational services or making service delivery improvements in a fast-paced environment with many interdependencies. * Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytics skills, with a strong operational mindset.
