About the job Google/Meta Ads Expert
We are looking for a results-driven Google/Meta Ads Expert to join our team and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and lowering CPL.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
Develop effective campaign strategies, audience targeting, and scaling plans
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL
Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, GTM, Conversion API, and GA4
Analyze KPIs and generate actionable insights for performance improvement
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign updates clearly with the team/clients
