We are expanding our European teams in Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne, and Lisbon. We are also looking for support at our international locations in Mexico City and Ho Chi Minh City. Travel between our locations is possible.

WHAT YOU DO

• Collaborate with a diverse and talented interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and support Google Workspace rollouts worldwide.
• Focus on ensuring the long-term success of these projects by optimizing workflows and automating processes.
• Provide Level 3 support to our helpdesk, troubleshoot complicated issues, and develop innovative solutions to streamline Level 2 support workflows.
