This full-time position enables you to work closely with a dedicated team. You'll be responsible for various tasks, including handling donated materials and training other associates. Key Responsibilities:
• Transport items and set up retail displays
• Prepare donation items through cleaning and sorting
• Inspect and grade items as part of quality control
• Train other team members on operational processes
• Assist with administrative paperwork as necessary

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Age 15 or older, eligible to work in Canada
