Reporting to the Recovery Supervisor, this ASSOCIATE role is responsible for supporting the Recovery team in order to fulfil and optimise the recovery operations, including the systems and methods; he/she is also involved in optimising the revenue from products that would otherwise not be possible to sell. Also, he/she must ensure a positive shopping experience for the customers, so they will return and shop with us again over time.
Qualifications
- You have the interest in home furnishing, what people want in their homes and in the IKEA product range ;
- You have a Forklift Certification or a candidate with relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation is a plus.
- You have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry;
- You know how to manage your time effectively, able to prioritize and organise your tasks to make use of time efficiently,...
