Overview
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth golf course operations, including equipment management and guest assistance.
Key Areas
- 70% - Maintains a well kept work space and resolves any issues that arise with players in all outside areas.
- 20% - Monitors golf carts and caddie performance and relates feedback to Caddie Master and Technicians.
- 10% - maintains records of all players, manages player expectations and enforces dress code.
