Job Description
Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary: ~$40–$70 per hour lesson (varies by experience)
- Commission: Earn commission on retail product sales (gloves, apparel, balls, etc.) and tips from students
- Schedule: ~2–8 hours per week (flexible schedule, weekends and evenings expected)
- Performance Reviews: Every 6 months with opportunity for compensation increases and expanded responsibilities
