Job Description
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts is looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects (Renovations) to lead refurbishment, renovation, and upgrade projects across our resort portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of resort renovation and refurbishment projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and resort operations.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and project governance.
- Ensure minimal disruption to resort operations during renovation activities.
- Monitor compliance with safety, statutory, and brand standards.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.
