Job Description
The Senior - Design & Sales will be responsible for leading the business development and design functions for the interiors vertical. This role will drive client acquisition, manage the complete sales-to-design lifecycle, and ensure seamless handover to the execution team. The position is client-facing and outcome-driven, with ownership of revenue, design closure, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Lead business development initiatives for interior projects
- Oversee client leads, consultations, and relationship building
- Drive sales closures and revenue achievement
Client Requirement Mapping:
- Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines
- Translate client requirements into clear design and cost expectations
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables
