- Develop, implement, and lead the organization's Compliance & Ethics framework.
- Establish compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance and ethics-related matters.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Develop and maintain a robust compliance management system across corporate and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labour laws, environmental regulations, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), export control, and internal policies.
