Job Description
Transcom is looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager to join our Pasig site.
In this role you will:
- Program Execution & Compliance: Implement Global TR programs and collaborate with Regional/Country HR Partners and Global People Services (GPS) to support local process setup, ensuring quality and compliance with Global TR policies.
- Framework Development: Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of new global compensation frameworks, including salary structures, short‑term and long‑term incentive plans, and sales compensation.
- Career Architecture and Pathing: Partner with the Global TR Director and HR leadership to implement a global career architecture and corresponding career paths, aligning them to the organization’s talent management framework.
- Market Competitiveness: Conduct in‑depth market pricing and benchmarking analysis to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with the TR philosophy. <...
