Are you passionate about building strong leadership pipelines and turning talent data into actionable strategy? We’re looking for a Global Talent Development Manager to lead and scale our Build the Bench initiative—ensuring a consistent pipeline of ready-now leaders across regions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Talent Data Management
- Consolidate and maintain talent data across sources (Talent Factors, scorecards, certification, training completion)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data used for talent decisions
- Establish and enforce data governance standards across sites and functions
2. Analytics and Talent Insights
- Analyze bench strength, readiness, and pipeline health across roles, sites, and programs
- Generate insights on key metrics (bench coverage, readiness, promotion quality, time to proficiency)
