In this role you would own and lead the global Talent Acquisition function by defining and executing a future-oriented recruiting strategy, operating model, and governance that enable business growth and workforce transformation. Drive excellence across the end-to-end recruitment ecosystem by leveraging data, technology/AI, and process optimization to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
