- Assist category managers and strategic buyers in preparing negotiations, managing supplier interactions, and finalizing commercial and technical agreements
- Support on ensuring accurate maintenance of blades capex sourcing information. CAPEX approval files, and internal databases.
- Guarantee traceability of supplier communications, evaluation criteria, and decision-making records
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required sourcing documentation
- Create and manage tender IDs for CAPEX projects, coordinate signature workflows (NDA, contracts, investment approvals), and prepare cost comparison matrixes including technical and total-cost-of-ownership criteria.
