**Description:**
**Strategic Account Leadership**
β’ Position Hyatt as a preferred global partner within the business partners.
β’ Strengthen relationships with the leadership, decision makers, influencers in the managed accounts.
β’ Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Corporate, MICE, Leisure business in Beijing, as well as the north China region.
β’ Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans (SAP) aligned with Hyattβs broader commercial strategy.
β’ Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.
**Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance**
β’ Support and add value to creation and implementation of strategic action plans for a portfolio of accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals
