**Strategic Account Leadership**

β€’ Position Hyatt as a preferred global partner within the business partners.

β€’ Strengthen relationships with the leadership, decision makers, influencers in the managed accounts.

β€’ Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Corporate, MICE, Leisure business in Beijing, as well as the north China region.

β€’ Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans (SAP) aligned with Hyatt’s broader commercial strategy.

β€’ Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

**Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance**

β€’ Support and add value to creation and implementation of strategic action plans for a portfolio of accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals

β€’ Regional business development in North China (outside of Beijing) for all segments.
