Job Description
Joom, a global cross-border marketplace, is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Payment Operations Manager to lead payment strategy and operations across regions. This role focuses on optimizing payment methods and partnerships to scale our platform.
You will analyze financial flows, negotiate with partners, launch new methods, ensure PSD2 and PCI DSS compliance, monitor performance, and guide end-to-end delivery with teams across Europe, Asia and LatAm, including relocation support to Lisbon.
