Job Description
Boldr, a global B-Corp, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to translate the CEO's vision into day-to-day delivery across five geographies and a 1,000+ workforce. You will own operating infrastructure, systems, and P&L, ensuring alignment of all functions with Boldr's mission.
You will partner with the CEO, CFO, and CRO to balance growth with discipline, scale operations, and deliver client outcomes with excellence across cultures and time zones.
